We take your privacy very seriously.

When you make an inquiry or booking request, you explicitly share information with us such as your name, phone, e-mail, physical mailing address. These are stored behind secure firewalls and are only accessible to Matthew and Sharon and whoever they explicitly employ.

Your email address may be signed up to our newsletter or to receive direct email messages from us. When you receive your first copy of our newsletter you may chose to opt out, if you prefer.

Your information will NEVER be sold, given or shared to anyone.

If you make a successful booking request you may provide your credit card information through an encrypted secure PCI standards-compliant mechanism, and we never see that information ourselves – it is passed straight through to the financial institution.
